So I adore fall….pumpkin candles, cornstalks outside my front door, cinnamon apples, picking pumpkins, and football. Lots and lots of football.
Not being able to wear my two favorite college jerseys and drink with everyone is a bit of a bummer but instead of complaining I’ve adapted. I ordered two maternity shirts (one for each team) and invested in some caffeine free diet root beer so I wouldn’t feel so out of the loop.
In other news, learned some moves in prenatal yoga for the almost daily swelling in my ankles and feet, accidentally bought the exact same sleeper for Evan that I bought last week, and his monogrammed diaper caddy has been shipped! Only 2 more weeks til the shower too. Time is flying. I wish it would slow down a little…

It’s hard, I think, for those of us who have waited so long not to be disappointed we don’t have giant baby bellies! Every week at yoga I compare myself to the others around me. It will come. I didn’t show show until almost 20!
Ooh! What do you do to help with the swelling?
Ok so I’ll try my best to explain lol! One exercise was sitting with your legs straight and lifting one leg off the ground and do ankle circles and then the same to the other leg. The other one was from table position you lifted one leg, bent it to a 90 degree angle and did little baby leg pulses so that just your leg moved, not your back. During relaxation she made me a giant mound of bolsters to put my feet up too. She’s too good to me in class!
