I Wish You More

on October 30, 2015

Today was the book fair at school. I’ve always loved the book fairs and love may be an understatement. They were and still are my favorite school events. I have a small addiction to beautiful picture books. There are days I dream of being an elementary school librarian. Regardless, working in all three schools in the district I was able to stop by the book fair and I picked up a Thanksgiving book, Christmas book, a monster bedtime book, and this one…..I Wish You More. The other 3 were $5 a piece, but this one was hardcover and 3 times that much. I flipped through a few pages and grabbed it up because it had my attention. Upon getting home and finally had a moment to read it beginning to end and when I finished reading the book I instantly started crying. What “Love You Forever” is to most people is what this book is to me. I love the last few pages. It encompasses everything we went through and how much we love this little guy in so few words. If you’re an IF momma this is a book you should have in your collection.
